Catch More CRM offers a comprehensive customer relationship management platform with a wide range of features, including but not limited to: Contact and lead management, Automated SMS and email marketing campaigns with opt-in/out compliance, Appointment scheduling and calendar integrations, Pipeline and sales funnel management, Reporting and analytics tools, Integration with various third-party apps and services, White-labeled dashboards and user portals, Multi-user team management, Payment processing and invoicing tools, Secure data storage and encryption for sensitive information. Our Services are designed to help businesses manage their communications and customer engagement effectively.
SECTION 4 - SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our support team. A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You must provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize the Company to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
SECTION 5 - FREE TRIALS
The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the free trial, you will not be charged by the Company until the free trial has expired. At any time and without notice, the Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer or cancel such free trial offer entirely.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Catch More CRM or BEM Enterprises LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited. You agree not to infringe on our or others’ intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your access and legal action.

Program Description:
By opting into Catch More CRM SMS services, you agree to receive text messages related to:

Demo and automation walk-throughs

These messages are intended to help users explore and use our software efficiently.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Upon sending "STOP", we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-enroll.
Rejoining Instructions:
To rejoin our SMS program after opting out, simply opt in again through our website or any other designated form. Upon doing so, we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Catch More CRM is not responsible for additional fees associated with bulk email delivery or transactional email services used by your account. You are responsible for all applicable fees tied to your account. Spamming is strictly prohibited. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding email marketing, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any suspected abuse or non-compliance.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any service, subscription, or digital product. Refunds, if any, are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. By completing your purchase, you also waive your right to initiate chargebacks and agree to resolve any billing issues directly through our support team.
SECTION 14 - CARRIER SERVICE ACCESS AND A2P COMPLIANCE
You agree to use Catch More CRM’s SMS features in compliance with applicable carrier regulations, including A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging requirements. All messaging programs must include clear opt-in consent, opt-out instructions, and be identifiable as non-spam.
You must not send unsolicited, unlawful, or non-compliant messages. All SMS communications must adhere to CTIA and TCPA guidelines.
Catch More CRM reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate your access to SMS features if your usage results in carrier violations, spam complaints, or breaches any compliance standard.
SECTION 15 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Some content or Services may include materials from third parties. Links may direct you to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability, and disclaim liability for damages from their use. Please review third-party terms before engaging in transactions. SECTION 16- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by You or $100 USD, whichever is less. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or privacy. If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately and without notice for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. If You wish to terminate Your account, You must submit the official cancellation form.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal actions or disputes will be handled within the appropriate jurisdiction.
SECTION 23- USAGE POLICY & REBILLING
Catch More CRM subscriptions include a recurring monthly usage credit of $10. This credit is applied toward usage-based platform services such as SMS, phone calls, emails, artificial intelligence tools, email verification, and other automated services.
Once your usage exceeds the $10 monthly credit, you agree that your account will be charged for overages at platform-cost rates. These rates may include but are not limited to:
Outbound SMS messages, Voice minutes or AI agent usage, Email sends via platform SMTP, Content generation via AI tools, Address and email verification, Use of premium features like Reviews AI, Funnel AI, or WhatsApp
Usage rates vary depending on the service and are transparently passed through from our provider. By continuing to use Catch More CRM services, you accept this usage-based rebilling model.
You are responsible for monitoring your usage. Usage reporting is accessible within your client dashboard or by contacting support. Overages will be billed automatically to the payment method on file.
SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. Please review the Terms periodically.
