Refund Policy

All sales made through Catch More CRM are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our services or software subscriptions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

1. Non-Refundable Services

This includes but is not limited to:

CRM software access or subscriptions

Setup fees, onboarding, or integration services

Automation or campaign builds

Consulting or strategy sessions

Marketing retainers or content creation

2. No Chargebacks Allowed

By using our services, you waive your right to initiate chargebacks. Any unauthorized chargeback will be contested with supporting documentation and may result in account suspension or legal action.

3. Service Disputes

If you experience a technical issue, our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter. Support requests must be submitted via email at: [email protected]

4. Billing Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your billing details and subscription choices are accurate. If you no longer wish to continue, you must cancel before the renewal date. Failure to do so will not entitle you to a refund.

5. Policy Enforcement

This policy is strictly enforced to prevent misuse, fraud, or abuse of our services and digital content. Exceptions will not be made under any circumstances unless required by law.
